Evaluation
Green and Healthy Frome has shown what becomes possible when the everyday realities of people’s lives are connected to the bigger challenges we all face. By working across community, health, and local government, the project was able to meet people where they are – not with abstract climate messaging, but with practical, meaningful action that makes a difference now.

Green and Healthy Frome has shown what becomes possible when the everyday realities of people’s lives are connected to the bigger challenges we all face. By working across community, health, and local government, we were able to meet people where they are – not with abstract climate messaging, but with practical, meaningful action that makes a difference now.
This partnership has also been a profound learning experience. It has shown us just how much intentional design, shared capacity, and trust are required to truly work across systems. For us, the conclusion is clear: if we are serious about community-led change at scale, we must invest as much in how we work together as in what we deliver. That is where real, lasting transformation begins.
