Frome Skatepark Fundraiser
Frome Town Council is forward thinking and ambitious. Our vision is of a town that is environmentally sustainable, inclusive and prosperous, with a community that is resilient, happy, and able to shape its own future as outlined in the Council Plan.
Frome Town Council has a Play Strategy that has recently been independently reviewed with ambitions to develop play opportunities across the town.
In August 2025, Frome Town Councillors agreed a proposal to support the Local Skatepark Project to go ahead.
We are now seeking to commission an organisation or individual with a proven track record in fundraising to seek funding of approx. 400k for a new Skatepark at Mary Baily Playing Field. The fundraising should be achieved within 12 months of the appointment.
We are requesting proposals that detail how a fundraiser can achieve this that are realistic, creative and work in partnership with Frome Town Council and the Skatepark community.
