Resourceful Administrator and Receptionist

We are looking for a bright, flexible and lively person to help us during a period of rapid and exciting development

Frome Town Council is aspirational and we are redefining what Town Councils do. We are running more services, working with and for local people and we have an ambitious programme to fulfil. We are soon moving to new offices shared with lots of other interesting organisations.

You will be our public face, welcoming personal and virtual callers. You will keep our websites, Facebook and twitter accounts up to date. So you’ll need to be skilled in hands-on IT and an expert in using all aspects of Microsoft Office 2010 especially Word and Excel.

If that wasn’t enough you’ll need to have a “can do” personality, be highly motivated and able to organise – including our Town Council evening meetings where you’ll be taking the minutes.

Full Time – 37 hours Mon – Fri

Salary range £16,231 – £17,372
