Energy expert Sonia Pruzinsky from the Centre for Sustainable Energy will talk through what landlords can be doing to meet their energy obligations and what support is already out there. The talk will cover how landlords can meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and the requirements for the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). It will also discuss the grants and loans available to landlords to improve their energy efficiency.
