Meeting digital and traditional techniques at March Frome Business Breakfast

February Business Breakfast 2

Frome Business Breakfast meets every first Tuesday of the month – helping to create and support the vibrant business community in Frome. March 1st’s meeting will be hosted by local business: Dennis Maps, who produce all of the Ordinance Survey maps, as well as bespoke products, making them the largest printer of paper map products in the United Kingdom. They take their environmental responsibilities very seriously and are fully accredited to both the ISO 14001 and FSC standards. With ‘green’ credentials strengthened further by their connection to the Heart of England Forest Charity.

Dennis Maps has been working with Frome Town Council and Frome College students to produce a map of the businesses on Marston Trading Estate. Frome College students will be in attendance, presenting their recent work.

Local small to larger scale businesses are warmly invited to attend and enjoy a tour of the factory premises, to find out a bit more about how this company works and more about what they do. Breakfast will be provided, as well as teas and coffees. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available. Contact parryl@frometowncouncil.gov.uk or www.ampersonnel.co.uk for more information. Pre-booking is essential using the link below.
