Temporary road closures for January

Church Street and Ringwell Lane, Norton St Philip

Somerset County Council (as the Highway Authority) have issued a temporary road closure prohibiting all traffic from travelling along Church Street and Ringwell Lane from Church Street; 20m south of the junction with Ringwell Lane, north-eastwards for 35m including 10m into Ringwell Lane for a total distance of 65 metres.

This order will enable Somerset Highways to carry out drainage works.

This closure will be effective from 13th January 2020 and is expected to last for 5 days.

Somerset County Council (as the Highway Authority) have issued a temporary road closure prohibiting all traffic from travelling along Wallbridge from 25 metres either side of the railway bridge for a total distance of 60 metres.

This order will enable Network Rail to carry out an examination of the underbridge.

The Order becomes effective on 22 January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 2 days (22:00-06:00).
