Cafes and warm spaces
Terrestrial’s Community Café at the Key Centre is open Monday to Friday 10.30am to 4.30pm. It closes at 2.30pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The cafe is inside the Key Centre, Feltham Lane, Frome BA11 5AJ.
Good Heart Frome is warm space open every Monday & Tuesday 11.30am-2.30pm, including 22, 23, 29 and 30 December. The Good Heart is on 7 Palmer St, Frome BA11 1DS
Victoria Park Community Café is open 8am to 12pm on Christmas Day, offering free drinks, nibbles and festive music. The cafe is in Victoria Park, entrances on Somerset Road and Weymouth Road

Fair Frome’s Community Pantry is open Tues 23 December from 2pm to 4.30pm. Closed 31st. You need to register as a member and can access low-cost groceries for a small fee. The pantry is based in the Elliott Building behind Frome Town Hall, off Park Road, BA11 1EB.
Fair Frome’s Food at Five is closed over the festive period. From 5th January 2026, it will run as usual on Mondays at the Key Centre, Wednesdays at Frome Cricket Club and Thursdays at Trinity Church Hall, from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.

Community Fridge
The Community Fridge: Frome is open throughout the festive period and new year. Access free food during the day from the fridge behind Frome Town Hall or the Loop de Loop cupboard in Market Yard.
Free Christmas lunch
Frome Christmas Get Together runs at the Assembly Rooms, 11am–2pm. You can book a free Christmas meal on Christmas Day and enjoy Christmas dinner in person, as a takeaway or by home delivery. Call 01373 465418.
Frome Town Council
Frome Town Hall, Frome Town Council and the Community Hub for displaced people are closed from 2pm on Christmas Eve until 9am on Friday 2 January.
