Have your say on how FTC keeps you informed

Frome Town Council has launched a survey to review its communication methods and explore new ways to share information about the council, and to hear from residents. Frome’s survey is a shortened version of a Local Government Association survey entitled ‘Who Reads What’ and will inform the council’s communications strategy, to ensure that all residents can access information easily, and in a format that suits their needs. It should take around five minutes to complete and can be completed online, via a paper copy or directly to staff at forthcoming ‘pop-up’ events.

Cllr Fiona Barrows said “Where do you find out the things you need to know about your town council? Do you head to the website, follow us on social media, or do you tend to use ‘offline’ methods such as posters or the Frome Times? We want to hear from you about the things that are working well and also get your suggestions about how our communication could be even better. Your insights are incredibly valuable for councillors when we’re making decisions and planning, so please take the time to share your thoughts.”

Complete the survey below or pop into the town hall to complete a paper copy.
