Frome Business Breakfast: Managing Stress

“When people are under stress it can often result in issues with mental health that can greatly affect their work,” said Town Councillor Jean Boulton. “These days stress can be found in most offices and finding ways to effectively manage it can be a challenge. This month’s business breakfast will offer simple advice to enable you to intelligently look after yourself, your team and your business.”

On 6th March at the Town Hall, the Frome Business Breakfast will focus on this issue by presenting systems for your organisation to put in place as well as available resources to ensure staff can flexibly adapt to the demands and pressures of the workplace.

With looming deadlines, long hours and difficult negotiations, the stresses and strains of modern life can have serious effects on your work life and it’s easy to fall into habits that may make it worse.

Organised by Frome Town Council, Frome and District Chamber of Commerce, and Business Manager Mairi Connelly, the Frome Business Breakfast events are open to all businesses and community enterprises and are a great opportunity to meet with other local organisations.

The event costs £10 per person with the breakfast included in the price. Dietary options are available upon request, prior to the event.
