Everyone is welcome to attend our planning committee meetings, which take place in-person at Frome Town Hall, online via Zoom, and streamed via YouTube.
Planning committee meetings take place every three weeks to consider the applications received by Somerset Council for properties within Frome. The committee is made up of Frome Town Councillors who represent wards accross the town. At the meetings, committee members agree the council’s response to each application as a statutory consultee. Applications range from tree works to home extensions and major developments.
There is time for members of the public, including applicants, to ask questions or provide information at the meeting, prior to consideration of the applications received.
