STOMP Fitness use a combination of walking and body conditioning.
The power walk creates an aerobic session that burns fat whilst carefully selected exercises help towards body conditioning. STOMP maximise how brilliant body weight resistance training is as well as offering lots of HIIT minutes to encourage extra calorie burning for those who want to work harder.
The classes are for everyone, you work at your level, whether back to fitness, post-natal / op, marathon training or general weight loss. Your Stomp Fitness Leader will turn your group session into a bespoke workout.
All workouts will be at Marston Park with different days and times to suit everyone.
