Purple Elephant

Small Steps is run by local charity Purple Elephant who run charitable services for children and families in Frome and the local area. As well as Small Steps they also run a befriending service for children aged 5 – 12yrs; the Frome Toy LibraryFamily Holiday Fun – family activities for all ages during each school holiday period; Small Steps – early intervention service; and Frome Children’s Festival – a one day, free event for children of all ages offering loads of different activities, which doubles as a training project for teenagers.

Some of Purple Elephant’s services are open to all and others are for referred families only; all are either free or very low cost. The charity’s primary aim is to support social inclusion and integration, supporting those who are most vulnerable in our community.
