Its founder, Kirsty Doonan, has been a personal trainer since 2006. Kirsty specialises in Pre & Post Natal Fitness and holds Certificates in Advanced Modern Antenatal Exercise & Advanced Modern Post Natal Exercise.
Their popular Post Natal Core Restore classes run periodically throughout the year at Rise, Whittox Lane, Frome.
