The Mamadoo Method is a post natal exercise class ideal for anyone looking to start/return to exercise after having a baby. Sessions are a mix of a full body workout and pelvic floor and core specific workouts to enable you to regain strength for motherhood and all the activities you enjoy. Babies come too. Suitable 6-8 weeks post vaginal birth & 10-12 weeks post c-section. Full details and online booking are on the website. No need to block book! You can ‘Pay as you go!’
