The Kumon Frome Study Centre, has been running since 2007.
Kumon welcomes children of all ages and abilities, whether they require further support to succeed academically or are seeking an additional challenge so they can fulfill their potential. Students range in age from pre-schoolers to adult learners. All are working on an individualised programme towards targets which allow them to excel.
The unique Kumon Maths and English Programmes pursue the potential of each child by developing confident, independent learners through individualised, advanced study. Similar to other tuition providers the Kumon programmes focus on essential academic skills, but go one step further by developing a child’s independent study skills, needed for school, university, employment and all other aspects of adult life.
At the Frome Study Centre, the Instructor is supported by five fully trained class assistants, including an experienced Senior Assistant. This allows all students to be supported one-to-one when they first enrol, to be observed at every class in order to actively build their study skills and to develop the confidence to reach their potential.
