Kooth.com is a free, safe and anonymous online website offering mental health support and counselling for children and young people (up to the age of 19.) Referrals onwards to local services as appropriate.
Kooth delivers thousands of counselling sessions each year to young people.
Available until 10pm each night, 365 days per year.
