Using Video in your Social Media

At the Town Hall on 27th February at 6pm, this month’s Discuss & Do will be led by local creatives who will address effective and economic ways of creating and using video to help your business grow.

Videos are quickly becoming the most popular and effective method of promoting your business across a wide variety of social media and online platforms. When it comes to reaching your target audience, short videos lasting no more than a minute have the potential to capture the attention of millions of people.

“With new tools popping up every day, creating compelling video content doesn’t have to complicated or cost the earth”, said Frome Town Councillor, Kate Bielby. “Consumers are four times as likely to watch a video about a product or service than read about it, so it’s important to know how to get your content to stand out”.

Discuss & Do is a free and unique programme of events in business and organisational skills to support local enterprises. The events are organised by Frome and District Chamber of Commerce, Frome Town Council and supported by Enterprise Mendip
