Frome town councillors are continuing their regular drop-in ‘meet the councillor’ sessions on 15 August at the Carnival Fun Day in Victoria Park and on 12 September at Frome Cheese Show.
The monthly sessions began in November 2025 and run on the first or second Saturday of the month, either at Frome Weekly Market or a council-run event around Frome, providing an opportunity for residents to meet their councillors face to face and share any ideas or concerns with them.
The next session will take place on Saturday 15 August in Victoria Park from 12pm to 2pm, alongside a ‘bug hotel’ making activity and free fruit giveaway, hosted by members of the council’s staff team. The September session will be at Frome Cheese Show in West Woodlands.
Cllr Anne Hills said “We’re always happy to hear from you, whether it’s by phone, email or when you see us out and about, but these regular sessions are a great way to come and find us together at the same time to start a conversation about life in Frome and what we can do as your town councillors to make it even better.”
