Take part in a survey for the chance to win a £100

Frome Town Council and Frome Medical Practice are launching a survey to find out more about the health and priorities of people in Frome. And as a thank you for taking part in the survey all entrants will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a £100 voucher to spend on food at Culverhill Co-op in Frome.

Mayor of Frome, Andy Wrintmore added: “This is a great opportunity to get a snapshot of the health and priorities as they currently stand here in our lush town. It’s important to hear from as many people as possible throughout Frome, so that we can continue to build a stronger, healthier town together. The survey only takes 10 minutes to complete, and it would be great to hear from you.  Frome Town Council will be chatting to people at various events around the town, such as Picnic in the Meadow and Playday, and we look forward to speaking to as many people as possible, and of course you can add your responses to the survey online.”

The survey will be open for a month from Thursday 1st July, you can access online at https://bit.ly/Fromehealthpriorities

The survey is part of the Green and Healthy Future programme, which is a partnership between Edventure: Frome, Frome Medical Practice and Frome Town Council. It is funded by The National Lottery’s Community Fund.

Terms and Conditions:
By participating in this survey you will have the chance to enter a non-compulsory prize draw for a £100 food voucher to be used in Culverhill Co-op, Frome. The voucher cannot be used for non-food items including alcohol, cigarettes, Lottery tickets or fuel. One winner will be chosen at random when the survey closes in August 2021. The winner will be contacted by either email or phone. The survey can only be completed once per individual.
