Hannah Stopford

Hannah manages the community development team. Hannah works in partnership with local people, community groups and public agencies to identify and deliver projects and initiatives that will grow community wellbeing and build social capital. Her work empowers communities, develops thriving community spaces and ensure that all of our assets help to meet community needs. Hannah also ensures the smooth running of the Key Centre and Cabin and hosting a community hub offer for early help and services that build social capital.

In addition Hannah looks after the Welcome Hub and the Grants Committee.
