The Nelson Trust

The Nelson Trust provide a one-stop-shop service for women with multiple and complex needs. Our support to women is trauma informed, tailored to each woman’s specifics needs, gender responsive and we provide one to one keyworker support to address 9 pathways of need, including;

• Accommodation
• Finances
• Employment, Training & Education
• Health
• Children, Families & Relationships
• Attitudes, Thinking & Behavior
• Drugs & Alcohol
• Abuse & Domestic Violence
• Sexual Exploitation

We have a Women’s Centre in Bridgwater, with an onsite creche for women to utilise, as well as key worker support on an outreach basis to ensure we can support women wherever they are based in Somerset and North Somerset, we also run a timetable of both holistic and practical groups.
