CAMHS – Single Point of Access

CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA) referrals can be made by a wide range of agencies and professionals. The service welcomes referrals by letter, use of the CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services) referral form, by telephone or early help assessment (EHA) form.

At present the SPA is unable to accept self-referrals from parents/young people but it is hoped this will be available in the future.

SPA has clinicians available for telephone support for professionals Monday – Friday (9am – 4.30pm) for advice about how to access the appropriate CAMHS team in a timely manner.
