Beckington Cricket Club, in conjunction with Rode CC and Norton St Philip CC, are passionate about enabling youngsters to get involved in cricket and to improve as players. They seek to give boys and girls the best possible environment in which to learn about the game, improve their skills and to experience competitive opportunities while still enjoying themselves and having a positive social experience.
Juniors are split into age groups on the field, and this approach allows them to make better use of the coaches, to set drills up and give each group a chance to do it in turn, and to move juniors up an age group if their abilities warrant it. Training is for boys and girls of all ages from school year 2 to 10.
Training is on Thursday evenings, from 6pm – 7.30pm.
