Carnage Screening at Town Hall

Sustainable Frome are holding a free screening of the Mockumentary ‘Carnage’ on Thurs 18th Jan in the Town Hall on Christchurch Street West.

Set in the year 2067, when veganism is the norm, the film looks back on meat-eating today. Anna Francis from Sustainable Frome said ‘More and more people are reducing the amount of meat and dairy they eat. This short film is a funny and informative take on the impact of our food. Everyone is welcome to join us for shared food before the film at 6.30 or just pop along for the screening at 7.30.’

The film ties in with Frome’s first Vegan Fair which is happening at the Cheese and Grain on Sunday 4th February. Anna added ‘lots of people are trying a plant based diet or ‘Veganuary’ this month and there are lots of free recipes, ideas and resources available at: veganuary.com/ You don’t have to be vegan though to enjoy great food so do join us for a free film on the 18th and delicious day out on the 4th Feb.’
