Little Newts Club is a secure and child friendly environment with a focus on creativity, providing holistic care during term times.
Little Newts focuses on the Early Years and provides fun, love and care in a home-from-home, child-led setting — with wholesome, home-cooked meals. The set-up embraces all seven areas of learning, giving children freedom to choose how and what they play with. We also explore a monthly topic — from water play, to recycling and upcycling, to clay, dough and mud.
Community is at the heart of what we do. I take the children on regular outings to local playgroups, and also organise special sessions at our setting, such as Sing-a-Ling, Djembe, and Groove Tots music mornings (with other local childminders often joining us).
Being located just off Victoria Park is a real bonus — we make full use of the park and nearby amenities with picnics, play, leaf-collecting for art activities, puddle-jumping, and more.
