The Citizens Advice Bureau
Give advice and help solve problems, including debt and consumer issues, benefits, housing, legal matters, employment, and immigration. Advisers can help fill out forms, write letters and negotiate with creditors. The Citizens Advice Bureau can help with appeals and will support people presenting a case to a tribunal but do not act as their representatives or represent them at the tribunal.
