Coach Laura is a personal trainer in and around the Frome area focusing on helping women get strong in both mind and body. Giving them the knowledge and confidence to lift weights and achieve their goals. Whether that is changing body composition, fat loss, muscle gain, mobility goals or performance goals linked to any sport or movement in the gym.
Laura always puts the goal and client enjoyment at the forefront of every session. Perfect if someone wants to get into weight lifting, run faster, build core strength or get generally fit and healthy and have fun whilst doing it.
Laura currently trains 1 on 1 clients at The Watson Gym 24/7 at Commerce Park or in Victoria Park.
Laura also runs a morning Bootcamp in Victoria Park, near the bandstand, every Saturday morning at 8am-8:45am. The bootcamp is for anyone, any age, any fitness level. It’s a combination of cardio and strength, working on all elements of fitness. It’s great fun and a great way to get some exercise in whilst being outside and around a group of like minded people!
