Frome Business Breakfast: Disability, inclusion and hiring

The importance of inclusive hiring at ADD International

ADD International (http://www.add.org.uk/), a charity with its headquarters in Frome, will be speaking at our next Business Breakfast that will take place at 7am on Tuesday 4th October at The Old Church School on Butts Hill. ADD works with Disabled People’s Organisations in their fight for equality and opportunity in Africa and Asia and at least 40% of its own board and staff, worldwide, identify as having a disability. At the breakfast, ADD will tell us about their work and the positive impact that embracing diversity has on their staff.

The meeting will begin with a delicious cooked breakfast and there will be opportunities to meet and discuss the issues raised with other delegates.

Organised by Frome Town Council and Frome and District Chamber of Commerce, the Frome Business Breakfast sessions are open to all local businesses and community enterprises. In addition to the informative discussion held by ADD International, the event will also offer excellent opportunities to network with other business owners.

The event costs £10 per person with the breakfast included in the price.  Dietary options are available upon request.

Registration is essential on the link below http://buytickets.at/frometowncouncil/67242. Please contact Charlie Orr on orrc@fromtowncouncil.gov.uk for further information.
