Find out about a new tree-planting project for the town at next Council Matters meeting

Frome Town Council’s meetings actively encourage public participation; discussions about items on the agenda include the opinions of elected Cllrs and members of the public.

The next Council Matters Committee meeting is on Wednesday 19 April 2017, 7pm, Frome Town Hall, Christchurch Street West, Frome BA11 1EB.

On the agenda is an overview on how Participatory Budgeting is doing and where residents might decide on Council expenditure in the future. There is also an exciting residential tree planting project with a pilot area to be identified, FTC will supply trees and, following a community tree planting event, residents can take ownership of the new trees.

Meetings are open to all and everyone is encouraged to contribute to discussions.
